well I had not made it to the gym since my last weigh in, workouts consisted of putting shocks and new spring hangers on my truck and one 17 mile bike ride on fathers day. I am pleased and may even drop my goal another 10 lbs if the weight keeps coming off. I really need a set of body fat calipers to see where I am at.
