not good, either I have not been sticking to the diet well enough or the creatine and working out is causing weight gain. on the plus side I am down to 20% body fat from the 26% I was at when I was at 215 so it looks like all the weight lost has been fat with zero muscle growth.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Thanks for the support Boghog. I started out at a similar weight to you. The biggest difference I found to my health and weight was making it a priority, which is tough I know. If I can share anything useful let me know.
