Slow progress, but moving in the right direction. Did have a bit of a rough weekend diet wise, just because of some traveling, and running out of food at home, but MOSTLY stuck to the small changes I made, which are very sustainable and gradual. So even though it's just 1 lb, I'm happy with the progress. I don't want to go too fast and risk a rebound. Will try to introduce some more gradual habits this week. See you next Monday. Peace.
