Went waaaayyyy off the diet today. Just got frustrated with having lost no weight in over a week. Had lunch with a girlfriend at a Mexican restaurant and had ice cream with the kids tonight.
Not going to even try to record any food...had the buffet and kind slopped a bunch together.
Feel incredibly bloated tonight and am determined to begin Induction again tomorrow.
