Starting over, again. I'm gonna eat what feels right instead of trying to follow a diet that someone else has created. Eating clean, meat, veggies, fruits, cottage cheese, plain greek yogurt, steel cut oats, brown rice. Getting appropriate sleep, crossfit, incorporate some jogging with sprints. No eating after 8pm only because that is when I overeat.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
