I am still struggling to eat right. Bread and biscuits are my favorite foods but to lose weight I need to let go kind of.
What can I use in replacing them?

I'm a breadaholic too! I switched to light bread (2 pieces for 90 calories). So if I want a piece of toast with my breakfast or a sandwich at lunch I can. I also found a lower carb wrap fro 60 calories. I put some hummus in with vegetables and it's really good. You just have to find a good balance. If you have toast at breakfast, have a salad at lunch. A diet needs to be sustainable, so it's good to find ways of incorporating the foods we enjoy in to the our diets but with moderation.
