Having a look at most of my diet over time, it consists of mainly fat and carbohydrates.
I was attempting to eat more protein, but found myself craving fatty carb rich foods to stay full during daily travel and other tasks.
My main trouble with protein, is that I can not have vegetarian protein like soy, pea, bean, or eggs/mayo. Tbey make me fart like crazy and it's difficult to stay regular like that. And most animal protein is not lean. I don't think I am getting enough protein, and I could up that intake.
I feel a lethargic fog around my forehead and I know I need to eat better to clear that up. More veggies and fruits. Or maybe just veggies.
