Just healed from having a virus for the past week.
It helped me get used to drinking more water and juices, soups and things. I think I was eating more to compensate for being dehydrated.
I am also having probiotic supplements and/or yogurt/sour cream at every meal.
I'm noticing my skin is more hydrated, and I don't crave sweets except fruit. I crave protein and veggies, whole grains.
It's feeling pretty nice.
