Good morning all my Fat secret friends, 8 pounds away from goal..been on low carb since January 3rd. Long hard struggle.. these last 10 pounds are the hardest! Thanks for your support I always knew you were there♥️😊

193.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb. Still to go: 8.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.9 lb a week
