Okay, so I have two big things to admit today. First, on Monday, I accidentally put sugar in my coffee instead of splenda. It tasted so good, I went ahead and drank it anyway. This started the cravings and I ate cheetos. They were good too, but so not worth the weight gain. Lesson learned, I hope. I did get back on track Tuesday, and things are going well.
The second thing to admit, is that I love this program. I am so liking the results. How I feel, how I eat, and how I am changing. The book is so helpful in making the right changes. I just wish I could transfer some of my obsession with this into other areas of my life. Mainly, keeping my house clean.
