After looking at sugarfreesheila.com, I got the Atkins New Diet Revolution book. While dealing with my stall I wondered how the diet was different than Atikins I'm currently following. I am going to do the induction described in the book by Dr. Atkins, which means less than 20 carbs period. I'm going to nix the pressured whipped cream, and nitrate meats. And see what happens.
I've increased my excercise and though I am sore I know I need excercise to battle the inches. My TOM is coming up, so I'm not expecting to see a loss on Monday, but at least I know I'm following the plan as orginally intended.
