Trying to figure out how to use this site....a bit frustrating!!! It would not let me select the date i actually started my diet which was 1 week ago. I am also not able to add that 1st day to my historical weigh history. Didn't know about this site until a week into the diet...my own fault i suppose, but frustrating non-the less that i cannot have that 1st success shown on my stats:(

Soooo, there is no way for me to show on the site that i have lost 3lbs in my first week on Atkins phase 1.
