I'm so excited to start my 1st challenge tomorrow. I feel like because I am doing this challenge I'm going to be motivated to make sure I complete it. I'm almost scared because I don't want to fail, I'm hoping my husband will help me keep motivated and make sure I eat right and exercise everyday.

I understand completely. My husband isn't supportive either. I know you can do, I know we can do it! If you need a diet buddy, I'm here for you!

You can do it. And we're here to motivate each other too. But I depended on my boyfriend to keep me motivated and unfortunately it didn't happen. so although it would be great if your husband DOES keep you motivated, do it for YOU!

yeah in addition to what biblio said, you really need to do this for YOU - although your husband loves you no matter what (he'd better!! lol), you have your own personal reasons for getting healthier (feeling better, getting stronger, etc.) that you should have and work toward regardless of any other people on earth! ps. maybe it'd help if you wrote those reasons down? so you can look at them when you want to be lazy or cheat on the diet. I also made FS my homepage so when I'm being lazy on the computer it automatically reminds me to post here and talk to people and get support!!
