It is the first day of March. It is a beautiful, sunny day. I am excited about Spring coming.
I just signed up for a Lent challenge. I will be sticking to a much more stringent Paleo diet for this time. The worst will be the sugar treats that I so enjoy, like Peep bunnies and chicks. I will also be giving up corn tortillas during those times that I go for Mexican. There will be other things, but those are the big offenders.
But, I'm excited for this.
Bring it on.
