hmmm. decided to go ahead and try being more public here. Down 53lb from the start of my journey last April, but been on a standstill since around this april. I've been doing decently this past week or so, keeping carbs down and actually sweating at gym again. Today was day one of a 4 day water fast so we will see how this goes. Then 10 days back to food and 4 days back off. An experiment inside of an experiment I suppose. And without realizing it, it is already past midnight. Good night all.
