This is my starting point I by as of today. am taking the batteries I ou of my scale and putting it away. I've let myself be consumed by that magic number I want to show up. Time to focus on how I feel not the number I see.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
