So for a month now i decided to eat about 1200 kcal a day, instead of my usual <1000. I didn't expect i'd gain 3 kg in 3 weeks!
I do kinda want to have some extra weight to see if my 2 year old amenorheea will maybe solve itself, but still i hate myself every day i stand on the scale!
Thankfully I do feel more energetic :) it's like my concentration really improved too.
And I want to understand why eating the normal 1200 kcal a day makes me gain so much weight!!! I'm starting to workout and diet some more soon if nothing improves... :(

It's water weight. It's just like when you start dieting and drop your average calores how you shed water weight so fast- well when you increase your average calories you can that water weight just as fast. It's not actual weight you've gained, just some water weight. It'll even out after a few weeks, nothing to be concerned about =) You are doing great, keep aiming towards being healthy!

it might be that too. coincidentally, i have just moved a month ago from Singapore (where i sweat a lot all the time) to back home where it's cold outside. thank you very much for your support and good luck reaching your goal :)
