hello, welcome, we all have had our first day... it's the rest of the days with slow changes that we will be triumph. One small change, inventing consistency doing the same everyday (regular exercise routine). Incorporating the actual drinking of the water of half our body weight. ONE CHANGE AT A TIME ONE DAY, AND NEW BETTER HABITS (LOL)
