after 2 days with no bowel movement had one this morning, but that doesnt make up for the missed ones.

didn't get full gallon of water last two days either.

weather is interfering with my swimming availability... got in 4 mins. so far today before they closed it due to lightning was in at 11am out by 1105.

will have to go in between 7 and 9 between brkfs and lunch instead of lunch and dinner.

can use their eliptical, mine is difficult for my knees theirs is smooth.... ist 1145 sitll raining.
267.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 114.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
