I thought I wasn't doing too badly - I've been exercising more, and not pigging out on snacks at night. BUT - I have been drinking more, so I guess, there it is.
I need to stop, and stop being a fatty.

Working out will create muscle which will make your weight go up in the start, BUT have heart! then it will start to go down because muscle burns more calories. Just don't go letting yourself snack more for it. It completely defeats things.

Thanks for the comment, m.h. Yep - I DO get discouraged when this happens. And I have a bad habit of eating potato chips at night...
