So far so good...as in today. Gotta take it one day at a time, I guess. So far today, I've eaten an orange, coffee w/ creamer (didn't finish), a slice of low-carb quiche, and an apple with almond butter. Having a successful low-carb day so far.
Ready to keep this momentum going this week so I can hit the 135 mark. That would be so awesome to reach that number this week.
Hopefully a good chunk of this cold will be gone tomorrow so I can get back to my workouts. Jillian Michaels and her planks are waiting for me!
