Just started logging my food again, because I've been feeling like I'm eating all the time, especially when I'm not hungry. I am surprised at how many calories, carbs and proteins I've been eating. I really need to stop eating when I'm not hungry! What can I do instead? Work out? Write? Drink more liquids?

I need to work on overcoming my challenges. I'm not hungry now, but am thinking of when I'll be able to get a protein bar.

I'll try and span out my eating over a longer period of time. I do still have the problem of eating too fast, so slowing down should help with my wanting to eat too much. I'll start that with the protein bar if I get one tonight.

I did do the elliptical machine tonight. Feeling good about that. I've been keeping up exercise of tennis or elliptical about 4 days a week. Hoping to boost that to at least 5 days.
