Losing little by little. :)

I finally hit the 170s...and I'm gonna screw it up. LOL I went bowling today at company tournament, and it was either eat pizza or don't eat at all. So, I ate two slices of pepperoni. Needless to say I'm WAY over my net carb limits for the day. That's the bad news.

Good news is I got 3 hours of exercise via bowling and I drank 6 servings of vitamin enriched water, which is more than most days. (Oh. And, or course, I didn't break a nail. *snicker* That's always a good thing.)

It'll be interesting to see how my one "cheat day" thus far will impact my weight.

As for the bowling, let's just say I won't ever be going pro in that sport. LOL But I did have a lot of fun.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
