Woop! First weigh in of 250 was based of a round estimate and a fully clothed weigh in on a scale at work that is not my personal home scale. I believe I have lost about 4-5 pounds so far? Now that I have a scale at home it will be easier to track, and more accurate.
My second week of going to the gym 3 days a week T/W/Th! I am not hating the gym and actually enjoy the time I spend there knowing I am making decisions to better my current and future health.
My first goal is to get in 'gym shape' or be able to work out at a level I think a normal person should be able to.
I am also watching what I am eating, not necessarily tracking every single thing in FS' food log. I eat pretty good now that the fresh n easy by my house is now open 24/7! No excuse not to have good food/snacks anymore! I do work 2nd shift so eating healthy is tougher by default.
According to my weight, it takes about +/- 3000 calories just to make it through a day. I know I am not eating that much, based on my first few food logs which are typical days for me. So that means I'm already at a calorie deficit and along with working out, means losing more weight quicker, hopefully :)
