I'm happily surprised that I've managed to keep my weight (almost) stable these past couple of weeks! I thought for sure that I would have gained a kilo since I hadn't been able to really do much ice skating or properly measure my meals at all. Hooray for me! :)
Tomorrow I'll start measuring everything again. I hope to be down another kilo by the end of next month. I figure if I lose between a half and one kilo every month for the rest of the year I'll be in good shape. Getting anywhere between 55-60kg by the end of this year would be great... Just another 1 or 1.5 kilos to go until I'll cease to be defined as overweight! It's pretty exciting stuff. :D
