I'm going to go ahead and assume that my scale was wrong at the last weigh-in. There is no way I could have lost over 1/2 a kilo in what, two days? While I have been eating without measuring... and indulging in a few brownies and ice cream to boot! That said, at the last weigh in I hadn't bothered to use the bathroom beforehand, and I had drank some water... perhaps that all added up? I'll be sure to keep the no drinks and no food before the morning weigh-in rule in check. That way I won't be in so much risk to freak out. xP

I'll be measuring everything now though. At least until my trip to China. I'm a little worried about it in case I end up gaining back a lot of what I've lost already. I'll keep smart about it, but hot damn those sweet potatoes, gong bao jidin, noodles, han bao bao, garlic broccoli and jiaozi... They're calling my name! As long as I arrive home safely without breaking the 68kg mark again I'll be happy I think. :)
