The OWL phase is going reasonably well. Even though I am not losing as much weight as I did in the Induction phase, I feel really healthy and I'm happy with my progress. I have lost 3 lbs in the last 2 weeks and although the weight is coming off slower than I expected, I am not complaining! The numbers on the scale are going down and my clothes are not so tight. :) I'm so glad I chose to stay focused this time around and keep it up.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1.5 pounds per week is still a very, very healthy weight loss. Glad you're doing well with the transition to OWL. I know a lot of people have trouble with that but, IMHO, I think it's because they see it as a free-for-all to add carbs in all sorts of amounts and types all at once, rather than following the rules for OWL. Sounds like you're doing exactly what you need to do to stay on track. Have a good weekend.

Thanks Sandy! Staying focused has truly helped me this time around and I have been very careful with what carbs I add to my diet. I agree with you that some people have trouble with OWL because they add too many all at once. I was one of those people in the past. I couldn't wait to get off induction so I could have pasta or "sugar free" ice cream. :) This time around I've added nuts and berries and an occasional piece of whole wheat toast with almond butter. Yum! Have a great weekend.
