I had not thought of anything for dinner so on a whim I made the cheesy beef bake. It was ok. I substituted egg whites for the eggs, added an onion, and put in more spinach. It would have been even better with tomatoes. It was quick and easy, but I'm not sure I would make it again.

I also tried putting blueberries in the recovery drink in order to make it taste better. All it did was make it taste sweeter. Fail.
