What is it with weekends and falling off the wagon! I had a four day weekend and all but one of those days was not very pretty! The scale was not my friend this morning so I need to get back on track this week. I have to keep my mind on the prize...bathing suit shopping!

Four day weekends aren't that common, so I like to live it up on those rare occasions ;) plus, I like to think of weekends as "cheat days" so I never let it get to me! As long as you're enjoying yourself, that's what matters. Bathing suit shopping is great motivation!!!!! Have fun this week staying on track and trying to get back on the wagon...Friday is the day after tomorrow!

Exactly Tubbs! So far so good with staying on the wagon, I had an awesome work out last night so the scale is pretty much back on track. I wish every week could be a 3 day work week!
