Everyone has to make a big deal out of everything. Now it's the 16:8 you eat during 8 hrs and fast for 16. That has been my life for almost 10 years. I starte eating around 11 or noon and done eating by 7 or 8 pm, due to my work schedule. They only time I notice a dif is when I cut calories to 1200 to 1500 a day. I still believe it all boils down to numbers, but that is just my beliefs, not imposing them on anyone. Unfortunately, I know the numbers, just can't seem to stick to them. UGH!
