well second day...not sure if im doin any good with this or not...seemed like i ate more yesterday than i usually do...it was mainly salads but still seemed like alot of food..i have no family support here..they think i look ok the way i am and they think that if i start on this they wont get what foods they like...so gonna keep tryin ....ust so i feel better about myself....
