Ok I know fat secret is going to freak out and think I'm losing weight dangerously. But i think 1 of 2 things happened on Tuesday: my hormonal whack threw everything off or my scale went a little wonky. Either is possible I'm choosing the first, also the past two days I followed the diet to a t like I said I would. I thought it would be hard to do it at work, but it hasn't been. We just grilled a big pack of chicken and i eat that throughout the day there. Back on track...feels good! Also I only have two more lb to drop to reach my goal for cycle 1. I'm expecting at least 1 more weight jump back up cause I'm not perfect, but happy overall.
