Oops -- scale went up this week. Hate it when that happens! I love taking the weight off in 5 lb. increments. I said goodbye to the 140's and was getting ready to celebrate being under 135 but it's not going to happen this week. Good news is I have a new granddaughter, so I'll celebrate her instead!
135.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 23 February 2011:

Congratulations on the new baby!!! :) I have had a hard week diet-wise as well. Chin up! You will see the "under 135" mark this next week. Just keep doing what you are doing.
