Today I tried very hard to get myself back on track and felt like I did pretty well. I slipped and lost focus while enjoying my time with my sister. She left to spend a week with some of her friends so I will be working hard to stay in line with my goals. I also reinjured my foot so I went and got another cortisone injection, cold packing my foot but not going to let this set back defeat me. Thank you for always being here and supporting me. It's easy to loosen the reigns on a weight loss program when you are busy enjoying time with family. No worries on the weigh in Bea, I know you'll get caught up. I hope you had a great time with your sister, no regrets, k :) I also hope your foot is feeling a lot better.

sorry to hear about your foot mme its my left knee I hate pain ,,, its so easy to go off track when I'm not home like tomorrow i will be gong to incredible pizza a lot of the Bus drivers & assistance meet there at then end of the month every month its fun to caught up <3 ,, don't ever beat yourself up ,, that song comes to mind Love lifted me when every thing nothing else had failed Love lifted me <3 sweet dreams <3
