Wow ! In bed allllll holiday weekend, but finally got past a bad cold. SOOO glad !! This is excellent news, as I am going on a very special vacation in July, and cannot take off anymore work time until then ! No exercise this weekend; I literally stayed home, inside, in bed or on the couch. Did order pizza, did have ice cream, both 1 x. weighed in today and I am not going to be discouraged by those numbers !! I have 5 1/2 weeks to make good progress and be a lighter traveler ! Praise God from whom all blessings flow !
