It's going very slow for me. Maybe I can get under 166 soon and then under 160 etc etc. I hope so. I feel encouraged to work harder at this since my weight is finally getting a tiny bit lower.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

In no other arena is this adage as true: "slow and steady wins the race". Gradual weight loss is thr only way to make it stick. Fast weight loss is dangerous and not likely to last. Keep kicking butt! You'll get there...
