I've decided I'm going to try out the MC for about 40 days if I can go that far. I'm gonna go by 10 days marks, so this is my first of 10 days, in hopefully a set of 4.. I'm going into it positive, I just.. I'm tired of my eating disorder and freaking out about my weight gain, since it's my fault my metabolism is shit.
So, I'm doing this to regulate it so I can reset it to it's normal function. So, it's.. kinda like ED rehab I guess? Well whatever, I need the time to think, however ridiculous that sounds. And I think this is a very positive step for me, rather than fasting and thinking about what I'm gonna eat all the time, and then binging. I'll just do this, relax and think about what I want to do, what my eating habits will be, and do this healthy.
Here goes...~
