Super hungry today and don't know why. I even drank extra water thinking it may have been that, it wasn't. I think I got it under control with a coconut oil coffee. Not my favorite but it has some healthier fat to combat cravings and also caffeine. I was going to skip drinking coffee today but I guess that wasn't really going to happen. My son is sick, he woke up at 6 with some stomach issues and I had to wash his sheets and his tummy hasn't been right all day. It started with a headache last night and now I have one today. I hope I don't catch whatever he has.
