Well, I restarted again on March 16th, weighing in at 240. I worked out 6 days that week, and tracking all my food in a little journal. I then wrote in what I did work out wise in a planner. I joined the YMCA with a workout partner so that I will stay motivated. First week, I lost 5 lbs! Hooray! This week, it's been a little slower on the weight loss, but I am hoping since I am weaning my little one from nursing that I can take some helpful supplements to help me out. (^_^)
