Looking at my weight history, I've begun to notice a trend: When I follow my diet 100% I lose weight. When I don't, I either stay the same or gain weight. Very, very interesting. I will continue to analyze these findings and try to determine exactly what they mean.

Diet Calendar Entries for 26 March 2009:
