I forgot to weigh in this morning.... thinking that might have been some subconscious not wanting to record a 150 number=p

My lungs have been pretty itchy even though I'm over being sick. I've been biking anyways but not sure if or when that's going to bite me in the butt. I've been eating so much I don't want to not bike and go over. My husband and I went to eat at a little pizza buffet place last night kid free. I recorded everything and hit right at maitenance... need to work on being in deficit more. I know it's slowing me down to constantly be in maitenance.

However my clothes are telling a better story then my scale. The dress for my brother's wedding that had to be taken in 3 weeks ago from loosing since it was ordered I tried on yesterday and is loose again. It'll be fine for Saturday... but I'll probably be safety pinning it to some under-things just to be on the safe side, lol. I also noticed my jeans and shorts are definitely getting too loose. I've been putting off buying new clothes as long as possible, not wanting to spend more money then necessary when I will hopefully be continuing downward. I bought some elastic waste belts that should effectively bring the waists of most my casual dresses in and still look cute, but I think I'm going to have to get a pair of jeans and shorts soon.

Anyways, happy Friday! Have a great weekend!!!

Thanks Millerm! My right arm's joints are not wanting to co-operate with increasing the pushups past this 30 point, though they were fine til I hit 30. I think it's because I badly injured it doing gymnastics when I was a teenager, completely dislocated the should ball joint; as well as, dislocating the elbo (which wasn't realised at first with the shoulder being so much more obvious, whoops) it was a miracle I didn't break anything. Both joints feel 'pulled' and tender when I do pushups, so I'm trying to give them time to build up muscle to support them so I don't inadvertantly really do some damage =p

Clothes and mirror always, always tell a better story than the scale. You're seeing the light!! Careful with those push-ups.. Keep those elbows close

Awesome workout!!!! Yeah, you def. don't wanna re-injure your shoulder which could really set you back. Babying those type of injuries is all you can do. Was in a car wreak in 1996 which both of my shoulders and right hip were dislocated. I haven't excersised since then because everytime I tried it caused way to much pain and dislocation over and over. I have learned what I can and can't do over the years to avoid going back to where I started. A Wedding sounds so nice!!! Have fun and have a great Holiday weekend too!!! ;)
