Losing momentum...gotta get it back! I'm coming off of a bad week of eating. My sweet tooth killed me during my TOM. Valentine's Day, hubby's birthday, then out with friends on the weekend. Epic fail. I wasn't even recording like I should have been to help make me accountable. I've also been kind of down because we really need some additional income and I've been trying to start my career for some time now, but have had no luck in my job search. I think I'm hindered by the fact that I have no experience and got my degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences almost 5 years ago. I'm just praying and asking God for what I want, and prayerfully, I will find something soon.

Glad that I got in some exercise, even though I felt drained this week. On a good note, I bought a pair of khakis yesterday from a thrift store - SIZE 8! If that's not motivation to get back on the wagon and get this body toned up, I don't know what is! Next week is a new week. Gotta get my plan together...

SN: The thrift store has become my new obsession. I've been dropping sizes, so it's not practical for me to buy new sets of clothes every couple of months. I've found some really good stuff at thrift stores in the well-to-do areas of Atlanta - BCBG, The Limited, Ann Taylor, H&M, DKNY...good stuff. Don't sleep on it... Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday.

Hi S.R. I See your green light flashing and I haven't checked in with you for a few days and I see you feel you are losing momentum. Exercise will definitely help get your mind-set back in check. It is a delicate balance fighting the battle of the buldge but I understand well how sugary food tricks us back to craving it. Great 8!! Now that's wonderful! TOWANDA!!!!

I totally agree about the thrift store! I had no idea it was so totally amazing! Once I got down to a size that they actually had some selection for I was thrilled! Lol I think half of my clothes may now be thrift store clothing! :] I hope the job situation turns around for you, I understand the frustration and I'm sending positive vibes your way :]
