Hello, I used to be 250 lbs and lost 90 lbs on a low carb diet and a prescription pill.I lost this very fast and was impressed with my self. I was getting married and did not want to be the big bride in pictures that I would regret and never want to look at. That was a huge motivation to me so I did it. I was bigger all my life so this was a hard challenge for me. I was able to maintain my weight for 2 years up until the wedding. I got married and moved my life to Ohio from Tennessee which was a huge difference for me. I was able to still maintain into the first 6 months of our marriage but have since gained about 15 lbs that I would love to get off. I am just struggling because I am scared that I will become what I used to be and I do not want that. It is amazing what 10-15 lbs will do to your clothes in making them tight. I refuse to buy new clothes that are bigger because I spent alot of money last time I lost all the weight on a new wardrobe. I am hoping that by coming on this website I will get the support and advice I need to succeed.
