Well, still walking...did over 7 miles total yesterday (that includes some of just walking around work, but the bulk was done after work!) Had more energy walking yesterday than the day before. I felt like I had two iron legs on Sunday. I don't think I am an early in the day exerciser. I do much better before or after dinner. Saturday night, I kind of had the blues and had some pizza. Back on track now. Not sure if I mentioned that the doctor found out my thyroid level was lower now (for 30 years i have been on the same meds), so I have increased my meds. Who knows...maybe this will help. I'll be happier if I am less tired and have less muscle/joint aches and pains (which I just found out can be a symptom of low thyroid!)
