I have that same problem!!!! I am a huge night binger and sometimes if I cheat even one bite during induction my body throws itself into a complete binge!! Im terrible!! I will eat until I can't eat anymore and I won't be able to sleep from it and then I have night sweats and I'll feel absolutely horrible. I think the best way to do Atkins is to completely to comit to the phases and to move forward until you hit the carb limit that maintains with no gain or loss. I always feel like the 2nd day is the absolute hardest because my body starts to switch over to ketosis and I get really crabby and light headed but by day four I am unstoppable!!! Just stick with it and you will do absolutely amazing!! Don't worry you are not alone with the carb cravings. It's almost more of a mind issue for anyone with a weight issue, we always want what we can't have!!=) The best of support to you!!!-shannon
