I've lost 95 pounds since July 1, 2008! I hoped that I could make it 100 by my birthday on March 12th, but it looks like I won't quite make it. It's okay with me if I don't, I'll just keep at it until I do.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
