What a wonderful time to get sick!! I kind of knew this would happen and I felt it coming on. The weather here has been unusually warm in the low 70's so I knew I was in for it. I haven't been exercising as much as I'd like to but I just don't have the energy and I definitely can't do it with a stuffy nose.
I checked my weight this morning and I've lost more weight but just not as much as I'd like. I blame it all on my cold because my eating habits have been perfect! I told myself that I would weigh in only once a week but I just couldn't help myself. I will weigh in again on Sunday.
