Seems as if I hit my first plateau on my journey to weight loss. I half expected that it would come here in the low 220's - since this was my weight for a few years before I slowly crept up to 240 in this past year. Maybe it's something psychological, and I just have to get around it in my head. I don't think I've been eating too much or bad foods. I need to exercise more, that's for absolute certain.
This little plateau will just make it feel all the greater when I finally do bust back into the 2teens.
