I did Zumba this morning - xbox. This is my first week back on the Rosedale Diet. I lost 27 lbs last year only to gain 10 back at the end of the year.

It's a nice feeling when you don't let yourself down. I'm always good with "one piece of chocolate, okay" but then that one turns to 10. As long as I don't give in to that "one" I'm good. I do notice that I'm happier with myself when I do what I say I'm going to do. Guess that would be avoiding guilt. Oi.

Doing a food journal again. It does help. Wonder how long before I get bored again. Worried I'm not getting enough calories. I'm not hungry, well when I get home from work it feels like my stomach will swallow me, but other than that I'm okay. I think that's more habit eating as soon as I walk in the door. So I guess calories are okay? I dunno.
