I got off track this weekend and yesterday, but I'm back on track today! I think 3 days a week it is acceptable to eat low calorie fast food snacks on my break at work, as long as I am careful not to go over 1,000 cal on those days, and to exercise before or after work. I mean, a lot of those places have great salads!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
